Residenza Giardino

Melegnano
2012
The project involved the construction of a five-storey building in the Giardino residential district, with a total of 22 apartments.
The building is developed as follows: a basement for large garages; a ground floor with pilotis designed for conviviality; four-storey for residential use, of various sizes and equipped with large balconies; the structure is completed by a penthouse floor divided into two apartments, with terraces.
An in-depth study of interior spaces has resulted in airy, light-filled accommodation. Indoor and outdoor spaces merge, creating a connection between the living area and the balconies through large windows.

Surrounded by plenty of green elements and all essential services, this project was one of the first in the entire area to be entirely designed around living comfort and cutting-edge technology.

The entire building envelope is clad with rock wool, which, combined with triple-glazed wooden windows, provides outstanding insulation and soundproofing. The façades are finished in white plaster on the balconies and stairwells, while the living quarters are completely clad with ventilated facade, medium TRESPA® copper-coloured wood-effect panels. This combination lends visual lightness and character to the building.
The systems are also designed to ensure great comfort and energy savings, such as the underfloor radiant heating, powered by condominial heat pumps. .

To this day, the apartments are all in A+ energy class.
